Update:

I just got done wet sanding my Rusto Proffesional Gloss Black hood. It was sorta easy to scrape with your nail at first, but after I wetsanded it with 600 grit, I can't scratch it off. It's turning out very nicely.

Note:
To all the ones having trouble with odorless mineral spirits, you must not be doing it right. I used odorless with Proffesional Rustoleum, and I had minimal lots of tiny bubbles which popped almost instantly before I could blow on them, and the paint is sticking nicely. I painted it about 7ish lat night and it's already sticking this good.

That looks about what my paint looked like after I rolled over it once. I don't know why it looks like it goes on so thick. I suppose it is because of the black paint. Either way it is looking nice!
