for the vent slots for example i would use the foam brush and run it in between the slots, then use the roller over it, when done u can't even tell it was not sprayed. and same thing for the drip rail, use the foam brush first, then use the rounded end of the roller pushing it into the drip rail and then turning it and using the straight cut end to perfect it.
