i painted the 1974 orange bug in my garage in january and it was about -20 celcus, really really damm cold. i had a electric 1500W heater and 2 1500W work lights, i was warm enough to work in a sweater, and the car came out perfect. just takes a bit longer to "cure" but the steps and times are the same.
