I've been looking at the Rust-oleum website comparing the information on their products. Under the industrial high performance paints a 9400 system is listed. It is described in part as:

Industrial high gloss Urethane

- Super high gloss finish
- Excellent for vehicle refinishing
- Highly aesthetic and durable
- A leveling additive is also available for brushing and roller application.

The only bad part is the color selection is limited. It does not state whether this product can be tinted or not.
