I have some of that paint running down my can too, and I can scratch it off. Granted, it's not easy and I do have a strong fingernail, but I can do it. That said, I did some more scratching last night and it seems I have to work a little harder to scratch it. Hopefully it will keep getting harder.

I'd like to try to scratch some freshly painted tremclad and see how it goes.
