Rust paint clear coat is not very clear, I've used it before. Rustoleum's clear is pretty hazy. It did dry fairly hard though for non-catalyzed paint. I just found Napa has urethane in gallons, any color you want, for $60/gal, and they will mix colors. This is for hardening type 2 part paint. I'll be spraying this soon.
