I am painting my car 2 different colors (red and white), I noticed that the red mixes VERY differently than the white with mineral spirits. It takes a lot more mineral spirits to thin it, and it tends to bubble more than the white for some reason.




I will agree with the first part of your observations. With the consumer grade paint, I found the Gloss White to be significantly thicker than the Gloss Sunrise Red right out of the can. However, when I got the dilution right, I saw no difference in how it applied.
