I'm not exactly sure, it could be in the small print on the back somewhere, or right in the front. I was looking at some Industrial rustoleum and it said something about <340 VOC, but that maybe only something they highlight for the industrial, but not the professional line. On a quart container I have of rustoleum professional, it said 450 VOC in the small print on the back.
