The home depot here refused to tint it for me also. I tried painting a fender 2 weeks ago but its still is scratchable. Not with the fingernail so much but a rock hitting it on the highway will chip it for sure. Regardless I will paint the whole car since it's so ugly but hopefully it gets a lot harder.
