This is my 4th coat. Rusteolum professional with mineral spirits. Not sanded yet
I don't have a garage, so I am painting outside. To avoid stuff stick to the paint, I usually paint when is hot. At the same time this makes the thinner to evaporate to fast and there is same roller marks.
