Yes, you can use aluminum bolts to mount the fenders and a whole host of other things. I would NOT use 'em to mount the doors if they are stock weight. You'd be surprised at how much weight can be shaved in using lighter fasteners through out. ALWAYS use anti-seize on the threads because of the different metals having issues with each others DNA.
