He had no less than 10 NOS pair on hand at any given time, with correct 70-71 pigtail. There were as many boxed with the gold colored finish as there were with the bare finish. We went throught them all to make sure I got a pair that matched, and again all were NOS in the boxes.
I just about to post a word or two about Walt Downer. All the stuff on my own 1970 Challenger R/T (that I still own) has all the parts from Walt's place. There are things that I got from him that I never seen anywhere else, EVER.
