Troy, You have a T/A Challenger. The front valance was obviously handled differently than a Challenger without the front spoiler. I have not investigated that area or type of vehicle so I don't know why or how the differences developed within their assembly process. Some of your "oddities" might be explained within the T/A build procedures.
