scanman70, I hear you on the rust issues. That's why I'm going to pull the body off and replace every badly rusted area with new metal, and POR-15 the less rusted areas. I'm even thinking of ways of applying POR-15 to the inside of the frame rails as well.
Here's a couple pics of my heap. She's beat and tired, but I'll bring her back better than ever!
