That's a good question. The CB is about 1.5" longer than the stereo head unit, so that was my biggest concern. I held the CB and radio together up to the spot where they will be, and I've got at least 2 inches of space from the back of the CB to the heater vent box. The angled housing that I made actually helps in this regard.
