I got the Hedman header flanges with stubs. The only pipe that will be a little tricky is the #3 exhaust with the steering shaft in the way. A tight radius elbow should get me under the shaft.
I've decided to mount the collectors outside of the frame rails. They have a 3" outlet, so I'll run 3" pipe after it, and elbow back under the frame, right before the leaf spring mount, and another elbow going into 3" mufflers. Tailpipes will be 2-1/2".
