With the wiring finished up, I hooked up my battery charger (set at 10 amps) and did some initial electrical circuit testing tonight, and had some surprises. Here's what I found. First, the good news, then the bad news:

What works:

- Radio (powers on)
- Side marker lights
- License plate light
- Driver side courtesy light
- Gauge lights
- Brake lights
- Left turn signal, front and rear
- Tail lights
- Heater fan motor (however, a loud noise when running, sounds like squirrel cage inside is rubbing/hitting something)
- Voltmeter gauge reading voltage
- Left turn signal indicator lamp
- High beam indicator lamp
- Fuel pump (however, it runs even when the key is in the OFF position. Must be full time Hot. May need to add a relay.)

What doesn't work:

- CB did power on, but after a while, it shut off and I couldn't turn it on again
- Headlights
- Wipers
- Right turn signal (comes on, but doesn't blink.. )
- Right turn signal indicator lamp (comes on, but doesn't blink)
- Reverse lights
- Passenger side front turn signal
- Passenger side courtesy light stays on

I was a bit disappointed to encounter so many issues during the test. I'll do some troubleshooting tomorrow. I was thankful that at least nothing started smoking!
