I decided to cut my losses and ditch the CJ hood I had originally bought. Just way too many holes to patch. I searched craigslist last Friday, and found another hood in WAY better condition for $75. It did have two areas that needed some metal replacement, and a hole smaller than the size of a dime, but other than that, overall its in nice straight condition.



Here are the two larger spots that needed metal replacement, already welded up and ground down. I'm going to shoot a coat of epoxy primer on before doing the plastic filler work.
