We were leaving the restaurant when Facebook started blowing up about Jason Tabscott's high rpm small block 75 Camaro stolen from the parking lot of another eatery close by. The entire rig was gone, tow vehicle, trailer and car. The tow vehicle showed up months later, but the trailer and car were never recovered. It's something that is constantly in the back of your mind during Drag Week, and this time it actually happened.

Dale, Darren, Boone, John and Opal all made the drive back to Tulsa Saturday night, but Rachael, Skippy and I decided to stop in Fairland, and spend the night at Mom and Dad's place. Mom fixed breakfast for us the next morning, and was reluctant to let us go, but we still had a bunch of miles ahead of us.
