Finding the Hemi Charger 500 on a used car lot with a "spray can" paint job is a neat story, but is not true...

It may have been parked on one of the used car lots in Universal City when the owner advertised it for sale, but he knew exactly what the car was. As for the "spray can" paint job, I know what body shop it was painted at in the north side of San Antonio.

Cliff Dukes had his own version of facts (like his insistance that the 15x7 Magnum 500 wheels were available on the car from the factory). The true story behind the car is actually more interesting than the "used car lot" story. I don't know who has the car now, but I would be glad to give them the pictures, paperwork, and history that I know about the car...
