No the car with the $3,000 laquer paint job was the green Hemi 500 that Dave Jones had. My dad was selling the Red car with the black vinyl top. The car dave jones had was the one for sale for $12,000, my dad's was for $9,000. I have some pics of Dave's green 500 if that is the car your thinking of. My dad only had the red vinyl top 500, and the Q5 500.
On the hunt for my dad's old cars. They include 5 Daytona's, 2 superbirds, and 2 500's. Very interested in finding the Red on Red Daytona, and Q5 Charger 500, and have found both cars.
