One last comment from me. Basically a "pro" is someone who gets paid, an "amature" does not. Neither defines their ability. For example, a "pro" could have a lot less experience compared to an "amature", and not be as good. So amatures, CAN BE equal or superior to a pro! Just my thoughts. Words mean things.
