Last year, Ryan's SRT8 ran low 12s all week, and narrowly missed making the quick 32 DD field. This year was shaping up exactly the same, but a bizarre final pass on Friday night destroyed his average. The Jeep launched, and ran had through the eighth, then he braked hard and pulled next to the wall like something was broke. After sitting at a dead stop for a few seconds, he then accelerated hard to the lights for a 31 second pass at 61mph? I never saw him again, and he apparently turned in the run, even though it was fairly early in the session. I don't have a clue what exactly happened!
