Here you go Mr. R This is DEFINITELY the original screw that was used because the undercoating was still on the treads as we removed it. It looks like it was made for this application and not a piece that was inserted because they ran out of the "correct" version screw. The washer head is separate and covers the entire ground wire metal grommet.
