Your a brave man! last time I was "polishing" the edge of tempered side glass with a DA, it was going great one moment, then the next the glass just sort of disappeared from my hand! got a little "gun shy" after that..Lol!...great work as always!

Mike,
Working with tempered glass is never fun, but as long as you do not let the glass get hot it can work. I would only sand the edge of the glass for about 30 seconds then stopping to let it cool.
