On brakes lines for the rear.. I just used normal hardline and bent it up and flared the ends and such. Then used 3 flex lines.. One from the diff T fitting up to the body then one on each side of course to the calipers.
I don't remember the hose length off hand on the 2 for the calipers but 10" - 12 or so maybe? Just see what fits nicely with no kinks and gives ample clearance and movement.
