Wow.....are you really that far out of touch with reality? "dust the floor?" Touching the floor and desecration are quite a ways apart. Some people love to complain just because they can. I am betting that flag has received, and will continue to receive better care on average than the flags of the people whining about it "brushing" the ground. You guys really need to find something better to direct your "energies" towards.
My other post in this thread was a positive one amongst the naysayers. The only piece of the time capsule I thought important was Old Glory. My sense of patriotism apparently is frowned upon because I posted a pic of the flag on the ground and voiced my displeasure.
