Has anyone considered that the car is simply one big wet biohazard?

Powerwash it, clean it up and let it be. I don't see ANY possibility for restoration short of jacking up the air cleaner and driving another car underneath. Yes, not even the revered Keith Sims can fix that car.

Overall, I am sure the event was a positive for Tulsa. They certainly had to make the best of a worst case scenario with the car.
