Also, even if the bag held up, water always finds a way and take the path of least resistence.

My guess is that water got in the bag. how much is the question.

Well, if water got up to the roof of the vault as it appears it did, it doesn't seem like the bag would reallysave it too much...

I had hoped they would have done something to seal up that vault a little better, but oh well! Live and learn
