Charlie ~ You need to strap your video camera onto your rollbar for a run or two. You just turn it on when you're ready to stage. We did that at Seattle a few years back. It makes for a trick film, to watch the run from inside the car. Our camera was aimed right over Dad's shoulder so it got the tach, too. Plus the sounds...nothing like a hemi in high gear!




I did this and I learned a few things about my driving technique. I angled the camera so you could see my hands,feet and the tach. I had no idea that when I foot braked the car that I was holding the brake for soooo long. After I saw this and made a little mental adjustment I shaved some time off of my 60's!!


....there is nothing like driving my 1968 Hemi Dart around town and having people looking at you like you're nuts!!
