Makes sense because cars like birdmans are on a whole different level than most of the others. There really isn't much firebird to that car other than some of the shape. Considering Chucks running it, I imagine those rules will happen if that's what he wants.

The no more pro mods thing came from cash days... The whole reason for " the list" in the first place, was so they could take their fastest( or at least best fast on the street) cars to cash days. Once Limpy decided no more pro mods in cash days, they had to make the change to the list cars.
