The 3k hp rate one says under 50k I guess that means 49,999 and to get to 2500hp you need to add a 28k procharger. I'm happy going slow and not being out 80ish k.
Looks like 4000hp will cost you in the 100k range.
You could just buy this for 205k and run in the 3s. CAR
