Not sure on the years,thinking 89-92 on the non lock-up.I am mainly sticking to a non lock-up because I can reuse my old torq converter,I had it modified to match the 440,was way to tight,as far as a shift kit,gonna make pretty much my own,with alittle help from a transco kit.If you can only find a lock-up,thats ok too,use the clutch or have it omited,you don't need it to work.76440,I don't want to drill holes,so I'm gonna find one in a yard and modify it to fit,thats the beauty of having a lift..
and the correct tools,oh yeah before you ask,I am building the trans and I am expecting 2nd and 3rd gear chirps...
