Back in about 1972 I bought a pair of back
braces.. one for a 8 3/4 and one for a 9" so
I could cut a metal template.. I used the 8 3/4
for my car and had the 9" setting around for
about 10 years till a guy needed a back brace on
his car so I checked out my template and it worked
perfect.. since I dont do much of that stuff anymore
I used my 9" one on my Rampage.. being that the housing
is shorter it worked right to the ends.. I used
2X3 tubing for them.. sold off my templates about
3 years ago.. no need for them anymore
