this is what I'm using.. Moser aluminum thru Bolt.. spool and pro gear.. previously I had 31-spline axles.. With the upgrade I went to a 40 spline large gun drilled axle.. with the lighting flange... almost identical weight over a unlightened 31-spline axles...the standard street gear did not hold up very well.. the life expectancy of a rear end...can greatly be shortened by the torque converter... some hit soft and others hit hard. But starting from scratch I would definitely recommend 40 spline and large studs that way you never have to update
