Hey Challenger1...I have a question for you. Not to take anything away from your thread but what is the correct color for the rear bumper filler panel between the bumper and the body on the 73-74 Challengers? My cars tail panel is argent and the filler looks to be argent on the middle, but it kind of faids out as it wraps around the side of the body. Should it be solid argent on the whole thing? I know the front panel is just a natural light gray. Thanks

I beleive it should be light argent silver all the way around the rear. Never thought about the front, is it gray? I was thinking silver also? My 74 in the pictures was painted blue when the car was painted black back in the early 80s. I'm not in love with the paint job but it was new when I got the car.

Here's picture of the car I'm redoing now. I guess it looks gray up front? I'll look at the filler strips tonight to investgate and let you know.
