If you have the metalworking video by goodmark and sold through hot rod...the bodyman uses the HTP spotwelder and it seems to work very well without the big investment they also use a phenematic hole punch to punch out holes for plug welding. I think with the right tips the HTP spot welder could get into most of the areas of a challenger thats apart like yours. BTW , can we get this thread closer to the top ?
