Stay on it!! Driving these things is the most important part. Make it safe and reliable. The rest is not critical to enjoying the car.

Absolutely. Driving it threw gasoline mixed with nitroglycerin on my fire to get it going...
I am collecting front end parts and have someone to rebuild the front end for me. I'll be doing the front and rear shocks/springs/bushings torsion bars, the power steering pump (I know, I know. That's how it came) and change out the 3.23's for 3.91's while adding a new sure grip and I'm done working on it . I'll be driving it!

How tall are your rear tires? The 3.91s in my '70 made long freeway drives rather unpleasant and pricey even running 275-60-15s. Something to keep in mind 'cause I know you want to drive the heck out of it. Too bad you're so far away you could roll it in here and we'd knock all that out in short order. We could even change out the steering box.

Old, tired, and sometimes broke down. Me, not my car...
