Big block Mopar was designed in the mid 50's, small block LA was designed in late 60's so I guess there is more technology in a small block. If they are gonna make the same horse power then there would be more pride in a small block. I have race big and small block Mopar, but I use to make more money with a small block on the street races. I don´t street race anymore but I'm kind of hook on small blocks and believe me to make 500 horsepower it's less expensive to go small block.
