Steve, I just redid the wiring in my Demon. I didn't actually remove any wiring from the bulkhead connectors, but I untaped and rewrapped everything. Two pieces of advice:

#1 - keep everything running similar to how it was stock. It seems they actually did research on this, and found the most efficient way to run everything.

#2 - keep tiny zip ties handy and zip up the wiring into their specific bundles. Like all the wiring for the wiper motor for example would get a zip tie near the connector, in the middle, then down where it met the rest of the wires. This way, it's a breeze to wrap the wiring with electrical tape. Start from the bulkhead connector and work your way out. Snip the zip ties off as you get to them. It will keep the wiring where you want it, and will also make it MUCH easier to come back to if you have to walk away from it for some reason.
