It took me a while to even respond to this as it's one of the few things that kocks me off my feet. Let me be brief.
Gary helped me from day one on MOPARTS. He was the FIRST answer on my FIRST post over 4 years ago. He's a big reason, I've went this far in the sport. He first seeded my enthusiasm by selling me his "Unlawfl Wieand Excelerator." My car picked up .6 ET and 5 mph as a result. That lit the fire. After that, I promised HIM, I'd NEVER sell it or yield it to anyone BUT him. It has been a standing joke with several of us.
If anyone can think of anything to do with "his favorite manifold," I'd appreciate some ideas. I'm sure he'd LHAO if we could cast it into his headstone. If anyone could strap it on and make a 9 second pass before retiring it with Gary, that would be cool. I'll donate what it takes, to get it where it needs to be, in the condition we'd like to present it in.
