Is the SS/AH fad over? This thread appears dead. Just a couple of years ago there were tons of new cars being built, shootouts all over and lots of smack talk from various engine builders. NHRA is having a shootout on a big stage at the NHRR and no one seems to care. Perkins debuted his new car lastweek and no one has mentioned it. Cars are for sale that were just built a few years ago. Has the ultra quick times by a few ruined the class or is something else like the economy? I'm just curious what everyone thinks.
