The recent plummeting of value of these cars has had a unique and refreshing effect on the hobby in general. The black Suburbans with the tinted windows, driven by the guys with the suitcases full of cash trolling for VIN's are long gone.
Alas, many of these cars(especially the early B hemi cars-which are now in relative bargain territory) are no longer too precious to actually drive, or heaven forbid, race.
