FWIW:

While it's nice to know and is good for internet fodder, the world doesn't necessarily need anymore tedious documentation of original survivors. There are countless originals that have been well documented over the years and just about all of what has needed to be determined regarding what is or isn't correct on these cars is now known.

I am not saying to just close one's eyes and forget the details. It's just that they all need not be OEM nut and bolt resto's. It's frankly rather refreshing that this is going together not necessarily with the intent to be a historical preservation, but more for the sheer enjoyment of it's owner. Most OEM restos can barely wheeze themselves on and off the trailer and are rather poor representations of what the original intent of a street hemi should be.
