EDIT I just re read your post and see you said LCA pivot, the closer you get to that pivot point the less toe change you see... or you make the tie rod the same length as the LCA and move the inner tie rod pivot but you will see a slight different radius between the two
It's about as close as it will get to the pivot point. I have .250 clearance from oil pan to the rack. So I can't move the inner tie rod pivot.

I also will not have to modify the steering arms at all now.
