My last thoughts on this issue. If Tom could have fixed his car, I'd let him continue. I can understand where someone would think otherwise. If it were me broken, I'd do everything I could to be sure I'd be allowed to continue before I'd let any non competitor move my car if there was any hope of fixing it.
