It's more out of necessity than anything else. I couldn't afford to pay someone else to do it, and on the occasions I have, it usually gets screwed up and I redo it anyway! Besides I'm cheap. I'd rather take the money I would pay someone and buy the tool(s) and learn to do it myself. It doesn't hurt that I have been a Chrysler tech for 20 years, and love to build stuff.
I have a 1937 Plymouth truck I am doing for my wife now. 390 HP Hemi with ABS, stability, etc... in a totally stock looking package. Just starting that one, but have a few pics of that as well. I was told the 'Cuda is taking too long and she wants her truck!!
