Just under and besides the Willis avenue bridge. It runs parallel to some freight railroad tracks that go under the bridge as well. It can only be seen from the right side of the off ramp of the bridge just before coming to the traffic light at the bottom where the intersection of Bruckner Blvd is. About a true half mile long or more concrete pad. I can't see the rest of it. I'd like to know the night watchman.LOL.
