I REALLY don't see why it's such a BIG deal if somebody wants to re-create their tag as long as they are up-front about it. Personally I'm going to make up a gag tag that includes all the upgrades I've made in cluding 440-6, 3.91 sure-grip, stripe, black out hood and so on...and the last line will read N0 TR 3A L1 END XH29V0.....
