I got a chance to take a look at the Spyfish car. Beautiful car and ran an 8.65 on Saturday. The announcer said it had "Walcott power". Hats off to Mr. Walcott! Thanks to the crew member who gave me a guided tour of a top tier SS/AH car.

I also got a chance to talk to Gary Moore who had a very nice SS/AH car and he's running a stick. Gary was very nice and spent about 20 minutes talking about the old days of beating Sox in 1974 and some of the "old guard" days.

The announcer was telling a tale of Jim Hale's car being there in 1986 then noticed that the car was his Stocker with the 383, not the old Banning & Slaughter Cuda. Hale was running the B&S car with a 383 with a single 4bbl tunnel ram. Not a bad deal to run an older car in GT.

The Teutons had two of their cars there, but appeared to have old "bracket" engines in them with old style crossrams.
